Creamy Zucchini Pasta

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 (12 ounce) pack penne pasta

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups shredded zucchini

1/2 cup milk

4 ounces cream cheese, cubed

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Sauté garlic and zucchini in oil until tender.

Add milk and cream cheese with basil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Toss with pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
